Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personal care items, including hair care and body care products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ve got you.

Please email us at cs@mylanibeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage (including the shipping box and packing materials)

  • A photo of the shipping label

Once verified, we will gladly replace the damaged item(s) at no additional cost.
(Replacements are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we may issue a store credit or offer an alternative.)

Shipping Carrier Notes
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
