We ship all orders via USPS and FedEx, ensuring fast and reliable delivery. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
Browse our products, add your favorites to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can create an account for a faster checkout and to easily track your orders. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking details when your order ships.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. If your order includes a pre-order item, it will ship after our next production cycle. Restocks may take up to a week, depending on the availability of key ingredients like shea butter. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
All Mylani products are handcrafted and shipped from Portland, Oregon, ensuring fresh, high-quality care with every order. Local pickup is also available and can be selected at checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification with a calendar link to schedule your pickup time. Please note that scheduling through the link is strictly enforced to ensure a smooth process.
Once an order is placed, billing information cannot be changed directly through Shopify. If you entered the wrong billing address, please contact us immediately at cs@mylanibeauty.com . While we cannot edit the billing details on the order, we can help ensure your order is processed correctly and sent to the right shipping address. Tip: The billing address does not affect where your order ships — only your shipping address determines delivery.
